DELIVERIES AND RETURNS POLICY
IMPORTANT NOTES:
-We recommend that you take measurements before purchasing in order to choose the right size for your interior.
-The product is NOT hand painted. This is a digital print on aluminum dibond.
- Depending on your monitor settings, colors may appear slightly different on screen and in the actual print.
- Please make sure your address is 100% correct and there are no errors. We are not responsible for reshipping if your address has changed from your account address.
THE DELIVERY :
-Processing and printing done from 3 to 5 days.
-Shipping and receiving 5-6 days after processing is completed.
-Total time before receiving your order: between 8 and 11 working days
-The customer is responsible for all import duties and/or taxes that may possibly apply to the delivery.
RETURNS POLICY:
-We accept returns within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of your order.
-To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
-For the request for a refund to be accepted, the item must be damaged, of poor quality or does not correspond to the dimensions requested.
-If the dimensions correspond to your request but you had chosen the wrong dimensions, the refund request will not be accepted.
-The shipping costs to return the canvas(es) to us will be your responsibility.
- The return address is located in France. Send us an e-mail at jkmillstreet@gmail.com to make your request, and we will give you the instructions as well as the postal address where to return the item.
REFUNDS:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original form of payment within a certain number of days.
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
